Dr. Godwin founded the Laytonsville Veterinary Practice in 1988 at its original site on Route 108.
She designed and built the current facility on Sundown Road, opening its doors in May of 2000. She and her husband live in Laytonsville. Dr. Godwin has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and dentistry. She also has two dogs, a cat, and several Arabian horses that she actively competes in endurance.
