Sometimes we examine patients who require hospitalization to receive adequate treatment of their symptoms. Our hospital includes separate dog and cat wards, as well as an intensive care unit (ICU), and is staffed by experienced technicians who are trained to administer treatments, monitor symptoms and assess for discomfort. Though we are not an overnight facility, we do have a technician who lives on the premises who provides late night treatments and can check in on hospitalized patients.

Transfusion of blood products
Vital monitoring (pulse oxymetry, EKG)
Emergency and elective surgery
Drain placement and care
Feeding tube placement
Continuous pain control
